The use of system prices to be implemented by Turkish Electricity Distribution Company (TEDAS) through 1 September 2003 are stated in the table below.

The below prices do not include charges arising from the transmission tariff. While charging the Distribution Use of System Prices, Turkish Electricity Distribution Company (TEDAS) shall separately show the charges arising from the transmission tariff.

For the year 2003, there shall be no increases in the Distribution Use of System Prices determined on the basis of customer groups, unless monthly CPI increases, as announced by the State Institute of Statistics, reach 20% cumulatively. In case the cumulative monthly CPI increase exceeds 20%; and in case there is a change in the macroeconomic indicators that form the basis of the General Investment and Financing Decree issued by the Undersecretariat of Treasury for the year 2003; or in case Turkish Electricity Distribution Company (TEDAS) proposes changes to the tariffs due to other reasons, new tariffs shall be implemented, subject to Energy Market Regulatory Board approval.
